To our dear supporters,
Thank you for staying faithful even when we find it hard to communicate with all of you.
Ezra definitely requires a lot of time, but we are thoroughly enjoying being parents while on our mission. Having a child here at the YWAM base is truly a delight. We receive immense support and love, and we get to work with Ezra in everything we do here.
Ezra also went on his first ever mission trip to a city called Leeds! We went to support the Christian Union there with their missions week. God is on the move in the UK! We saw so many students come with genuine curiosity and a hunger to experience a real God, and we saw students give their lives to Jesus. Ezra was a fantastic connection point when we were out on the campus inviting people to come and explore more about Christianity, and he made so many friends.

It was also a wonderful chance to visit our friends who have initiated a ministry focused on reaching out to Muslims in the community. Feel free to let me know if you want more information about this!
We are preparing for our school to start again quickly in April. We anticipate welcoming 15 students from around the world; once again, we will host many Brazilians. It is a blessing to have them share their culture with us! We will provide them with English and guide them through a 12-week lecture series to deepen their relationship with God, followed by a 2-month mission field assignment. It seems multiplication is the theme, as we have 2 babies among the staff and one expected to be born at the school, along with a couple bringing their baby all the way from Brazil to attend.
Plus, we're keeping busy at the base, where Jonas is fixing up the old buildings so we stay comfy and dry. The pottery continues to bless people and we keep our team connected with lots of fun and good food, and we're excited to take them on a staff retreat to Albania in a few weeks.

To end, here is a fun flag fact (if you know me I love my flags...)
Did you know...
The stars on the Brazilian flag symbolize the southern hemisphere constellations as seen from Rio de Janeiro on the morning of November 15, 1889, when Brazil became a republic.

Bless all of you and thank you for how you are loving us!
Beth, Jonas and Ezra
